All of our bracelets are handmade and strung up on premium elastic cord which we tie numerous times and seal with a metal crimp to ensure comfort and durability. All gemstones are made from natural stones and are carefully inspected to ensure quality and consistency throughout each bracelet.

All bracelets are measured to ensure consistent and accurate sizing. Note that by nature, gemstones bracelet sizing is not perfect. Please allow up to 1/8 inch (.32 cm) variation from the size listed.
Finding Your Size
To determine your bracelet size, wrap a tape measure around your wrist like so:
We recommend choosing a size 1/4 inch (.64cm) above your measured sized to ensure your bracelet is not too tight. If you do not have a tape measure, please use the free printable ruler here.
What If I Order The Wrong Bracelet Size?
If you order a bracelet and find that it is still not the correct size, don't panic! We offer 1 free size adjustment per bracelet. The only expense you are responsible for is shipping the bracelet back to us. We cover the rest! To begin this process, send us an email at: email@example.com
All orders are shipped from our location in Tennessee, USA. While most orders will be shipped out within 1 business day, some may take up to 2 business days to ship. Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email you provided upon purchase. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received with its velvet pouch included. Any missing pouches will result in a $1.00 deduction per missing pouch on the total refund value. Customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping the items back to us. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Note that refunds are for the original purchase price of the item and do not include any shipping fees paid. After the refund is issued, a notification email will be sent to the email provided upon checkout.
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be made for the same item. Exchanges can be made for damaged or defective items or if you simply need a different size. Each purchase is eligible for 1 free size exchange. The only cost you are responsible for is return shipping.
