How do I know what bracelet size is for me?
~All of our bracelet sizes have the corresponding measurement next to them. If you do not know your bracelet size, get a tape measure and wrap it around your wrist to get a proper measurement. If you still do not see a size for you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for custom size orders.
How do the bracelets fit?
~We use a high quality elastic cord for to ensure both comfort and durability.
What do I do if my bracelet does not fit?
~If you ordered the incorrect bracelet size, contact us at email@example.com. Please note, we do offer exchanges for this issue. However, you must ship back the bracelet in the same condition it was received and it must be with the original pouch. Also, you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
~Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long until my product is shipped?
~We ship all items within 1-2 business days.
Are your products synthetic?
~No, we utilize actual gemstones in all of our bracelets. Our gold and silver accent beads are made of hematite and all of our crystal products are made from actual glass.
Which payment types do you accept?
~We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
How much does shipping cost?
~For both US and International orders, our standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail which costs $3.95. Shipping inside the US takes 5-7 business days, while shipping outside the US takes 7-21 business days (7-14 business days for Canada). For US orders only, we also offer USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days. The cost of this shipping method is $5.95.

Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received in. Customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping the items back to us. Please ensure that sufficient postage is applied as packages with insufficient postage will be returned to the return address listed on them. We also recommend that package tracking is applied that way shipping progress can be monitored. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Note that refunds are for the original purchase price of the item and do not include the cost of shipping. After the refund is issued, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them.
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If your item becomes damaged or defective during this period, you are welcome to exchange it. All items received in damaged or defective condition will be replaced. Each purchase is eligible for 1 free size exchange. The only cost you are responsible for is return shipping.
