Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received with its velvet pouch included. Any missing pouches will result in a $1.00 deduction per missing pouch on the total refund value. Customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping the items back to us. Please ensure that sufficient postage is applied as packages with insufficient postage will be returned to the return address listed on them. We also recommend that package tracking is applied that way shipping progress can be monitored. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Note that refunds are for the original purchase price of the item and do not include any shipping fee paid. After the refund is issued, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be made for the same item. Exchanges can be made for damaged or defective items or if you simply need a different size. Each purchase is eligible for 1 free size exchange. The only cost you are responsible for is return shipping.
