Our Stainless Nail Cross Necklace is made entirely with 304 stainless steel which is known to be very durable, corrosion resistant, and hypoallergenic making it perfect for everyday wear. The Nail Cross pendant is set on a matching 3mm box chain. The necklace comes in your choice of Brushed Silver, Brushed Gold (18k), or Aged Black finish. Chain sizes are 20, 24, and 28 inches. All chains have a thickness of 3mm. The cross pendant measures 2 inches tall by 1.2 inches wide.
*Please note that while 304 stainless steel is very corrosion resistant, we do not recommend exposure to salt water (i.e. the ocean) as this can discolor the necklace over an extended period of time.

To determine your necklace size, take a tape measure and wrap it around your neck to your preferred necklace fit. Then mark the measurement and you will know the size necklace you need. If you do not have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then compare the length to a measuring tool.
Gemstone Bracelet Sizing
All of our gemstone bracelets are measured to ensure consistent and accurate sizing. By nature, gemstones are inconsistent therefore while we do our best to be accurate, it is not perfect. Please allow up to 1/8 inch variation from the size listed. The following are the sizes we offer:

If you order a bracelet and find that it is still not the correct size, don't panic! We offer 1 free complimentary size exchange/adjustment per item purchased. The only expense you are responsible for is shipping the item to us. We cover the rest.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received with its velvet pouch included. Any missing pouches will result in a $1.00 deduction per missing pouch on the total refund value. Customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping the items back to us. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Note that refunds are for the original purchase price of the item and do not include any shipping fees paid. After the refund is issued, a notification email will be sent to the email provided upon checkout.
Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be made for the same item. Exchanges can be made for damaged or defective items or if you simply need a different size. Each purchase is eligible for 1 free size exchange. The only cost you are responsible for is return shipping.
